What Is Mobile Massage?
Mobile massage—also called in-home massage—is professional massage therapy provided in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
I bring the equipment and supplies needed for your session, set everything up in your space, provide your massage, and pack everything away when we're finished.
Your session can include the same blend of therapeutic and relaxing techniques available through my in-office Custom Therapeutic Massage, including deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, Swedish massage, and slower nervous-system-focused bodywork.
You don't need to choose a particular technique when booking. We'll begin with a conversation about what you're experiencing and what would feel most beneficial for our time together.

Each appointment begins with a conversation about how your body has been feeling and what you'd like to focus on.
Some sessions may involve focused therapeutic work for pain or muscular tension.
Others may emphasize relaxation and slowing down. Most involve some combination of both.
Depending on what would be helpful, I may incorporate deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, Swedish massage, and slower grounding work.
The goal is simple: bring the massage to you rather than asking you to come to the massage.
What Do I Need for a Mobile Massage?
Not much. I bring the massage table, fresh linens, lotion or oil, and the other supplies needed for your session.
You'll simply need to provide a clean, comfortable space with enough room for me to set up the massage table and move around it safely.
A living room, bedroom, home office, or other open area often works well.
Before we begin, we'll take a few minutes to talk about what you're experiencing and what you'd like from your massage.
I'll then step out or provide privacy while you get comfortable on the table according to the clothing and draping choices we've discussed.
After the session, you'll have privacy to get dressed while I begin packing everything away.
What to Expect From Your Mobile Massage
1. I come to you.
I'll arrive at your home with the equipment and supplies needed for your massage.
We'll identify the best place to set up the table and I'll prepare the space for your session.
2. We talk about what you need.
Before beginning, we'll discuss how you've been feeling, any areas of pain or tension you'd like addressed, and what you'd like to receive from our time together.
3. You receive your massage.
Your session is customized using therapeutic and relaxing techniques based on our conversation and how your body responds throughout the massage.
Communication is always welcome. You're encouraged to speak up about pressure, positioning, temperature, draping, or anything else that would help you feel comfortable.
4. You stay right where you are.
I'll pack up the massage equipment and leave you to enjoy the rest of your day.
No commute required.
Mobile Massage for Pain Relief
In-home massage isn't limited to relaxation. Mobile sessions can also provide focused therapeutic work for muscular pain and tension, including concerns involving the neck, shoulders, back, hips, jaw, and other areas of the body.

How much room do you need?
A space large enough for a standard massage table with room to walk comfortably around each side is ideal.
